After years of experience in the off-road racing and manufacturing industries, Jason Campbell started Camburg Engineering with Jerry Zaiden in 1997 in an effort to provide products and services only available to elite off-road racing teams. Today, Camburg Engineering is the leader in off-road suspension systems and in an effort to test their own product’s, the duo started racing a 1600 buggy in local Southern California deserts. They then moved to an Unlimited A-arm Ford Ranger Edge to race in SCORE and BITD competitions. Campbell raced the entire BITD schedule in 2007 finishing second overall, only five points out of first-place. Campbell, with Zaiden and Jerry Whelchel, continues to race in the BITD Series along with SCORE events in 2012.
